About The Firm

This law partnership was formed in 1999, a time when Malaysia had yet to recover from the Asian Financial Crisis. Building and sustaining a professional firm in that challenging environment taught us to be agile and gave us valuable insight that to this day proves useful in our practice. We near the 25-year mark in 2024 and believe that our longevity is testimony to our results.

Since its inception, our practice has provided litigation and business advice to a diverse array of clients, from multinationals to start-ups and high net worth individuals. No matter the profile, we aim to treat every client with the same attention and diligence. Our approach is to analyse and understand your situation, objectives and issues before we render advice and advocate your position.

We have worked on and continue to advise on a variety of undertakings, including niche projects such as healthcare facilities (from pre-development to development stages), aged and nursing care facilities, the formation of a national park, and business entry assistance for foreign corporations and technology start-ups. Perhaps due to our own background, advising start-ups or new businesses establishing themselves in Malaysia is a passion, and guiding these clients to success gives us a special sense of pride.

Our firm is built to provide legal solutions to all our clientele and their matters with the same standards of care, regardless of identity or transaction value. We do this whilst recognising our responsibility to act ethically and efficiently in the service of not only our reputation but that of our clients.
